Important Update to Your Membership Agreement

Welcome to Brick Bodies! We’re excited to have you as part of our fitness community and look forward to supporting you on your wellness journey.

Upon review of your membership, it came to our attention a minor error occurred in our membership software when you joined in June. Unfortunately, the software did not populate the Annual Enhancement Fee of $39.00 on your agreement, as was presented to you by our Membership Counselor during the sign-up process.

To correct this and ensure your membership details are accurate, we kindly ask that you complete the form below. This will help us update your agreement accordingly.

Update Your Agreement Information

Policy Acknowledgement(Required)
By checking this box, I/we understand an Enhancement fee of $39.00 will be billed to my/our account on 8/2/2024 and this fee will be billed on the same date each year thereafter until I/we cancel this Agreement. No more than 2 Enhancement Fees will be charged annually per family account. If the club is closed for any reason during the month in which my/our AEF is due, I/we understand it can be collected once the club reopens, and my/our AEF will revert back to the original agreed upon date the following year. I acknowledge and agree to all Brick Bodies policies, and that I am still bound by the membership agreement I originally signed, as well as the Brick Bodies Code of Conduct, any Recover documents (if applicable) and any Waiver of Liability Forms.
