Core 4

Core 4 is a 45-minute fresh, motivating exercise experience that delivers results you can see. Only Core 4 combines best-in-class training tools with exciting workouts to help you improve cardiovascular fitness, power, strength and endurance in a way that’s right for your body and abilities. Whether you’re striving to shed a few pounds, enhance performance or improve overall fitness, Core 4 will help you achieve more with a mix of personal trainer attention, camaraderie and challenging progressive workouts.

TRX

Make your body your machine! Take your fitness to a whole new level as your body conquers the forces of gravity. Utilizing the TRX suspension straps, you will develop a solid core with a variety of upper and lower strength, core, plyometric and cardio exercises! Join us for our Fusion and Total Body Blast TRX classes to partner the straps with other equipment like dumbbells, kettle bells, and medicine balls for a versatile workout experience.

Actively Aging

Actively Aging is a class that combines the rehabilitative principles of physical therapy with circuit based resistance training to improve activities of daily living and overall quality of life. Through the use of a progressive, full-body program we can slow and reverse age-based declines in bone density, muscle mass and balance. If you are looking for a safe, fun, challenging and supportive environment to get back to how you used to feel then this is the class for you!

Inferno

This interval intensity training features circuit-style exercises combined with plyometrics, strength, core, and cardio moves to increase your calorie burn and rev up your metabolism to turn your body into a raging Inferno. Suitable for moderate to advanced fitness levels.

Kettlebell Strength & Conditioning

Swing your way into the results you have been seeking! Learn proper form using kettlebells to get maximal results from minimalistic training. The class will directly focus on swing mechanics, single arm movements to include cleans and snatches, and core stabilization exercises. Benefits of kettlebell training include increased strength, improved body composition, enhanced cardiovascular endurance, and overall increases in athleticism. All levels are welcome, and modifications used where necessary.

Dynamic HIIT Strength

Start your morning with an energetic and upbeat workout that combines cardio, strength training techniques, stability, and core exercises in a superset format. Feel the camaraderie, witness your own growth, and enjoy every moment of it. It is not just about building muscles, but also building memories.
