Qigong for Women Series

Wednesdays: 6:00-7:00pm

Experience ways to ease the challenges of stage and age related hormonal cycles, breast and reproductive health, stress reduction, circulation, and improved sleep through various Qigong techniques. This class will incorporate moving as well as floor exercises, so mats are recommended.

Special Holiday HOT BARRE Class- Barre is a full body low impact workout fusing the foundations of ballet, Pilates, and yoga. Using the ballet barre, light resistance and body weight you create longer, leaner stronger muscles with minimal stress on your joints. Each class is set to upbeat music and ends with a mindful cool down. Enjoy this special holiday workout in a heated room!

Thankful Inferno with Morgan

Inferno is a high intensity interval class with team, partner, and circuit style exercises combined with plyometrics, strength, core and cardio moves to increase your calorie burn, rev up your metabolism to make your body into a raging inferno. Suitable for moderate to advanced fitness levels!

Cosmic Kids’ Yoga Tuesdays

Date: Tuesdays
Time: 9:30-10:30am & 5:00-6:00pm

Drop your little ones off in Little Brick’s for an amazing yoga session fun for kids of all ages! 30 min. Yoga session with our amazing Little Bricks associates! Mats provided! This is included with your Little Bricks membership or drop-in fee.

Drop your child(ren) off in Little Bricks for fall crafts and activities. We will watch a movie, have snacks, and pizza!
