At Brick Bodies, unlimited group exercise classes are included in your membership, including Barre, boxing and aquatics. Explore more than 50 unique boutique group fitness class types at our three Baltimore locations.


*Registration is required for Group Fitness Classes either through the Brick Bodies app or through MICO. For your health and the health of others, please bring your own sticky mat for mind-body programs.

GRIT™

GRIT is a result-driven 30-minute high intensity interval training (HIIT) program workout, designed to improve strength, cardiovascular fitness and build lean muscle.

Intervals that include running, lateral movement, rotational movement and on/off the floor work, all in under 30 minutes followed by 15 minutes of interval work that will strengthen, tone, and tighten your complete core.

Brick Bodies Class Cancellation Policy

  • If you are unable to attend a class you have reserved a space for, you must cancel at least an hour prior to the start of class via the Brick Bodies app or myiclubonline. If you do not cancel your reservation and do not show up, you will be charged a $15 no-show fee.
  • We cannot accept class cancellations via phone. If you need to cancel within one hour of class start due to unforeseen circumstances, you must reach out to Sara Keller via email at sara.keller@brickbodies.com. 
  • If you must arrive late or leave early, please do so in a discreet manner so as not to disturb the experience of others in the class. If you are more than five minutes late for a class with a waitlist, your spot may be given to someone on the waitlist.
