Brick Bodies Class Cancellation Policy

  • If you are unable to attend a class you have reserved a space for, you must cancel at least an hour prior to the start of class via the Brick Bodies app or myiclubonline. If you do not cancel your reservation and do not show up, you will be charged a $15 no-show fee.
  • We cannot accept class cancellations via phone. If you need to cancel within one hour of class start due to unforeseen circumstances, you must reach out to Sara Keller via email at [email protected].
  • If you must arrive late or leave early, please do so in a discreet manner so as not to disturb the experience of others in the class. If you are more than five minutes late for a class with a waitlist, your spot may be given to someone on the waitlist.

CANCELLATION POLICY FAQ

Many classes are filling with waitlists. Members are cancelling at the last minute or just not showing up to class. This is creating a negative experience for those who were on the waitlist and realize they could have taken class after all.  We want to promote a culture where members are respectful of others and free up their spot when they realize they won’t make it to class. We want as many people as possible to get into class and have the opportunity to grab a spot when someone realizes they can’t make it.

  • When you check in to the club within an hour of class start, and are using our app, you are automatically checked in to class. However, if you are registered for multiple classes, you should tell the service desk and ask to be checked in for the later class(es).
  • If you are using myiclubonline, you should notify the service desk that you are taking a class and ask to be marked as attended. To help ensure you are checked in for class it is recommended to download the Brick Bodies app and register for classes from there.

We will be double checking class registrations against club check-ins. If you were not checked in for class but checked in to the club within a reasonable window around class time, we will give the benefit of the doubt that you attended class.

  • The first time you do not cancel and do not show for a class, you will receive an email reminding you of our policy and notifying you that you will be charged the next time.
  • The second and any subsequent time you do not cancel and do not show for a class, you will be charged the $15 no-show fee and receive an email notifying you of this charge. The email will provide you the contact info for Sara Keller, Group Exercise Director, for any questions you may have.
