Members

Dues will not change during the obligation period of this agreement as long as the membership is in good standing. Any person of good character and legal age is eligible for membership at BB. Membership shall not be denied on the basis of race, color, creed, religion, or national origin, nor shall any aspect of such matters ever be made a condition of membership. Membership is limited to persons who are at least 15 years of age, or 12-14 years of age and accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. In the case of family memberships, we reserve the right upon your child’s 21st birthday to automatically upgrade dues and charge full membership rates. In the case of student memberships, we reserve the right upon the member’s 24th birthday to automatically upgrade and charge a full membership at current rates. In the case of family memberships, when the primary member cancels and other family members remain, we reserve the right to automatically upgrade dues and charge full membership rates to the remaining parent or legal guardian. If no parent or legal guardian wishes to remain as members, any remaining children must be at least 15 years of age to use the club on their own and we reserve the right to automatically upgrade dues and charge full membership rates. Children ages 12-17 are permitted in Recover at Brick Bodies only if they are accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times, and the parent or legal guardian has first signed any required paperwork pertaining to such use. Children ages 12-17 may accompany their parent or legal guardian in the lounge and sauna suite but will be charged a full rate of the session regardless of if they are inside of the sauna or not. YOU MUST BE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OF AGE TO USE THE INFRARED SAUNAS WITHOUT LEGAL GUARDIAN SUPERVISION.
